Alcohol-free drinks pop-up on the Commonwealth Games

Australian Aboriginal non-alcoholic beer brewer Sobah Beverages is collaborating with UK alcohol-free spirits distiller Seedlip on the newest Commonwealth Games with a non-alcoholic pop-up cocktail bar on the Gold Coast.

Sobah launched in Australia in December 2017 and has grown its distribution and following since, whereas Britain-based Seedlip has additionally made glorious headway within the Australian market. Seedlip makes the world’s first distilled non-alcoholic spirits based mostly on the distilled non-alcoholic treatments from The Art of Distillation written in 1651, now re-purposed to resolve the ‘what to drink when you’re not consuming dilemma’. Clinton and Lozen from Sobah invited Jimmy and Georgia from Seedlip to hitch their non-alcoholic pop-up bar that includes non-alcoholic beer and cocktails made with Australian bush meals, and can retail the botanical ‘spirit’ Seedlip together with a number of different components from the cocktail menu.

‘Sunset Dreaming Cocktail Hour’ will see Commonwealth Games friends having fun with some ‘bush tucker’ nibbles whereas sipping tasty and wholesome non-alcoholic cocktails, spritzers and brews. Customers can lounge within the outback model pop-up bar and watch the Commonwealth Games stream, store for genuine Aboriginal artwork and benefit from the open mic classes. A singular Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Arts and Culture Festival can even be held on the Gold Coast through the Commonwealth Games.
