Infinity swimming pools and cliffside bars make this Bali’s hottest new spot

Perched on the limestone cliffs of the Bukit Peninsula in Bali, 80 metres above the Indian Ocean, OMNIA day membership has been welcoming company with gorgeous sea views and a cutting-edge aesthetic because it opened its doorways in February 2018. The brainchild of the Hakkasan Group—the model behind OMNIA Las Vegas and Michelin-starred Hakkasan eating places—the expansive venue has been designed strictly with adults in thoughts, therefore its 21-year-plus coverage.

Standing testomony to the artistic flare of Singapore-based agency WOHA and the New York–based mostly Rockwell Group, OMNIA Bali’s design makes probably the most of its jaw-dropping location. The adjoining mezzanine restaurant Sake no Hana’s slogan, “inspired by nature,” is mirrored in each its aesthetic and a la carte menu. The open-air venue options intricate latticework to benefit from the sweeping vistas. The excessive ceiling and stately wood bar full the elegant image.

Modelled on its London flagship, the restaurant specialises in fashionable Japanese delicacies with a menu that focuses on charcoal grill, toban and kamameshi dishes. Prepared-to-order sushi and sashimi can also be out there.

OMNIA Bali is ready to begin its roster of occasions in April, forward of Bali’s excessive vacationer season.
