Las Vegas glitters with luxurious gold-adorned donuts

When it involves epicurean opulence, few locations within the world can prime Las Vegas. The resort metropolis’s famed haute delicacies eating places are awash in costly edibles like black truffles, Kobe beef, and foie gras. Now, a bit west of the Strip, add gold-decorated donuts to the checklist.

Through the holiday season and past to Valentine’s Day, Donut Mania, an area boutique that focuses on deep-fried yeasty dough, is providing upscale candy treats adorned with edible 24Ok gold leaf and mud. The fritters are made much more fabulous with an infusion of glowing Perrier-Jouët Champagne earlier than they’re completed with seasonally themed icing designs and metallic bling.
