Britain’s O2 permits prospects to decide on smartphone pay again phrases

LONDON (Reuters) – Britain’s O2 stated it is going to permit prospects to decide on how a lot they pay upfront for a smartphone and the way they unfold the funds of the steadiness, concentrating on subscribers who need extra management over their cell contracts.
