Foodies, prepare for a slew of eating treats that roll out from subsequent month at Resorts World Sentosa (RWS), specifically for subscribers of The Straits Times (ST) through the SPH Rewards app.

The first giveaway is ideal for celebrating Father’s Day on June 16, with an eight-course German Spring/ Summer menu at RWS’ Curate restaurant. Six fortunate ST subscribers will every win a dinner for 4 folks, valued at $188++ an individual.

The dinner – by Curate’s chef de delicacies Benjamin Halat – is hosted by ST meals critic Wong Ah Yoke.

To win, subscribers have to first obtain the SPH Rewards app, search for this giveaway within the “Rewards” part, save the deal to their e-wallet, press the “Go to Website” button on the “Details” web page and reply the next query: Why does my dad deserve the most effective?

The contest, which opens right this moment, closes on June eight.

In the approaching months, readers may also stay up for extra treats at different eating places on the built-in resort.     End the meal with two desserts – sea buckthorn berry sorbet combined with diced cucumber, lemon verbena and German gin; and strawberry tart with bitter cream, chef Halat’s grandmother’s recipe.

  • FRATELLI

    What: Meet Italian restaurant Fratelli’s celeb cooks Roberto and Enrico Cerea, from three-Michelin-starred Da Vittorio in Bergamo, Italy, and dine on a six-course dinner.

    The brothers, each cooks, will probably be whipping up the meal with Fratelli’s chef de delicacies Davide Bizzarri.

    Diners will probably be handled to new dishes resembling grilled langoustine tail with purple radish espuma, herbs and salmon roe; carnaroli risotto with taleggio cheese, purple potato espuma, and child spinach; and pan-seared sea bass with cardamom-scented inexperienced pea puree, child greens, and crispy free-range egg yolk.
