Teenagers cluster round a cycle-propelled carousel, keen for his or her flip to spin. They are enjoying with Watching The World Go Round, a brand new momentary artwork set up at Bishan-Ang Mo Kio Park created by artist Angie Seah and commissioned by the National Arts Council’s Public Art Trust.
“This is awesome, you can come to the park and have fun with your friends,” says 13-year-old Alagavelu Shupraja, who found the set up after a park run organised by her faculty, Bendemeer Secondary.
